Part 1:The BEGINNINGS

In May of  2019 Philip Jarman , a Canadian  living  in Costa Rica began looking for 

Palestinians on Twitter who would  interact with me personally. I believed that we could embolden many westerners to  demonstrate their objections to the policies of their home countries, and I was looking for  allies.

I am convinced that there are many people throughout the world who strongly disapprove the policies of their governments toward Israel and Palestine.They watch helplessly, the Great March of Return, the advancement of illegal settlements, the brutality of the IDF and the morally distorted loyalties of the United States toward Israel. Speaking as one of them, we reject  the holocaust exaggerations and the theoretical christian eschatology that silences the people of western nations. The result is "war crimes" to which we can only say "Not in my Name".  

Citizens of NATO countries pay taxes to support the giving of material and moral support to Israel- a rogue nation, that for 71 years has flaunted their power over the legitimate  residents and owners of the land of Palestine.The Pro Palestine Plan has been designed to give vent to those who steam with indignation at the shame that their countries and the majority of their neighbours are ignorantly inflicting on the Palestinian people. 

The core of the plan is to encourage families or individuals to step out from the silent masses who tolerate the tragedy in order to do two things: (1) to publicly support an individual family in order to alleviate some of their suffering. and (2) to declare to the world that a crime against them is a crime against the donor. 

Let me dream. 

If a 1000 - 10,000 western families, known and loved by relatives and friends, in their own countries, publicly linked their names, as do Twin Cities, to Palestinian families, what effect would it have on the collective conscience of the NATO nations ?  War Crimes inflicted by Israel would then be against both families, and to the extent that individual families can link their futures, the pain would be shared. 

Hopefully the effect of  this "Twinning" would have a encouraging effect on many others  who have carelessly adopted the position handed down by the establishment media. Additionally and collectively they would be people who agree with the sentiments, but are reluctant to shoulder the financial load that would be necessary to make a financial difference to a family unit. With their consent, their contributions will be equally recognized and the monies designated to send the Pro Palestine message to many more who can contribute. 

Are there such people?  By the grace of God, there are. 

In May 2019, I met Heba Khaled onTwitter and was able to express some portion of this plan to her. I expressed a concern that there be a responsible accounting for funds that we would send and that  accounting would include estimates for costs and photos of the results. Whatsapp  and Google translate would play an important role to facilitate communications. 

She introduced me to Hamza Aldirawi in Turkey who is a Palestinian who lives and works in Turkey as an engineer. He is fluent in English, so through him, I was able to discuss  administrative goals and requests without misunderstanding. 

Heba was grateful for the detail Hamza and I agreed on, which included a  the means of payment - crypto currency.  Having used Western Union and Paypal and Money gram before, we were aware of their links to NGOs and the establishment and to the data  collection that coexists with the use of their financial services. Therefore early on, I  expressed an interest in using crypto currency as a means of achieving privacy, reducing remittance fees, and teaching a potential means of investment savings for the recipient family. 

Each  recipient family would be required to establish a Coinbase account on line which would permit the almost instant movement of crypto into Gaza. Hamza, familiar with crypto currencies, was sure that such accounts could easily be set up and that he could instruct each family in Arabic how to manage them. He also assured me that there were local buyers who would pay cash for crypto currency and that cash would begin to meet the  declared goals.

Part 2: The PRACTICAL Features  

(1) Individuals  or families in NATO  countries  become Donors to individual families in Gaza.

who are identified by Heba and Hamza and their associates taking  care to select from every corner of Gazan society

(2) These families are asked to  declare specific, achievable  goals in three categories  (Medical, Material and Educational)  and to put a  reasonable USD estimate on each financial goal. Gaza helpers document and photograph where possible the recipients. Anonymity has no place if  there is to be any potential influence. Transparency is required.

(3) We, who are outside Gaza  participate in a marketing plan which raises awareness of Gaza families and their needs, and requests donors to come forward.

(4) Hamza and Heba assist each Gaza family that secures a donor in establishing a Coinbase crypto currency account with instructions on how to liquidate BTC for the local currency needed to implement their goal. 

(5) At the  time of writing, Heba is the communications link in Gaza and where possible. she has agreed to show a Gaza family how to use Whatsapp and Translator on their phones to  communicate progress to their Donor. Obviously, the very possession of a phone and access to the internet is a  requirement.

Part 3 :The BROADER Goals 

(1) Persons or families concerned with their government's prejudice against the  Palestinians are presented with a practical / financial method of  demonstrating their willingness to make amends in a personal way for punitive policies they do not support.

(2) Such actions by individuals in NATO countries heightens the awareness of the desperate conditions inside Gaza increasing the  condemnation of Israeli policies.

(3) New bonds of friendship and hope are established for Palestinians and donors.

(4) A new awareness of the advantages of Crypto currencies emerge: Privacy, Speed,  and Low Remittance costs. In a world where more and more transactions in crypto are taking place  every day, using crypto to fund real needs raises hope that individual banking is achievable.

(5) In the Gaza  tragedy, NGO's and agencies place a  significant interest on determining  what is happening internally. Individual family relationships enabled by Whatsapp and  personal introductions bypass agencies that the establishment has created to raise monies  and gain intelligence.

(6) The future of the Palestinian people is the issue on which the morality of the onlooking  world TURNS. Donor families demonstrate their agreement by publicly aligning with families under siege in Gaza.

Part 4 :The ACCEPTANCE Goals ?

The reason for approaching media is to  first of all, risk misunderstanding and to profit by it by changing our presentation to deal with any weaknesses. Secondly, if the Pro Palestine Plan has merit, presenting it world wide, without the burden of familiar association (friends relatives who have decided about us* ) may allow the idea to take root in others of like mind elsewhere. 

Surely, with all the anger and despair I see expressed on social media, there are those who would appreciate the opportunity to send a message to the world by publicly aligning themselves with those who are suffering in Gaza. 

This is not to downgrade those all over the world who persistently expose the failings and crimes of the Zionist government in Israel. But it is a contribution of a different  sort with a higher price both financially and socially. This is stepping off the fence and  giving voice to a belief that  the  nations of the world  have permitted   a tragedy  of the highest moral order to take place with their tacit support of Zionism. This is an opportunity to negatively disassociate from the Partition Agreement of 1948 and to positively identify with individual families  who are the 21st century victims of that crime.

Part 4 :The TRANSPARENCY  required

No one should feel their privacy is  somehow sacred. Our privacy in this world has already, disappeared.  Hiding behind an alias or in any way masking our opinions is living in the past. If we are to suffer for them, we might as well stand up and identify. 

As the millenium changed, we were spurred by many factors to make a change .Taxation, surveillance, and government policies troubled us. We also anticipated royalty income on a helicopter logging invention that we had successfully patented, which would provide support. In 1999, we left Canada and moved to Costa Rica. 

By 2001, we had made significant investment, real estate and banking mistakes with our savings, and we were discouraged, but not beaten. Chastened, we were still optimistic to profit from a freer investment environment and eager to prevent other Canadians from making our initial mistakes. Momentous events, as in the 911 tragedy, the Patriot Act, and the financial collapse of 2008 constantly changed our expectations and our returns. The resulting legislation required very careful observance of international regulations. Enough of our resources survived through these years to sustain us on a farm property. We are free of taxes, chem-trails, vaccinations and deliberately draw NO  benefits from our birth country Canada. We have become--- in 2019 --citizens of Costa Rica .
